Criteria For Joining:
- A business owner or CEO
- Have annual business revenues of at least $150,000
- Have been in business 2 or more years
- Have at least 3 or more employees (besides the CEO)
- Willing to meet for 2 hours every month

The Houston Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center is operated by Houston Community College and is funded, in part, by the U.S. Department of Commerce through the Minority Business Development Agency and has been hosted at Houston Community College since September 2013.
