Northwest Houston has the busiest public library in the Harris County Public Library system, offering access to the literary arts for both  entertainment and education.  A library card provides access to books, CDs, DVDs, and computers,  and to e-books and databases both inside and outside the building.

Cypress Creek Foundation for the Arts (FACE)

For over a decade, FACE has brought international and regional artists to our community including the Houston Symphony, popular entertainers and musicians and special children’s and seniors programs. Programs are held at The Centrum.

Northwoods Concert Series

The Northwoods Concert Series presents four concerts each year as a musical outreach of Northwoods Presbyterian church to the Cypress Creek neighborhood. Concerts feature general admission seating and complimentary refreshments at intermission.  Guests are encouraged to browse their Fair Trade World Market before the show or at intermission.  More information is available by calling the church 281-444-8861 or by visiting their website at  Past performers include : Doc Severensen, the Vienna Boy Choir, the Swingle Singers, the Manhattan Transfer, Cantus, The Texas Tenors, the Boston Brass and the Trombones De Costa Rica.

Stageworks Theatre

Stageworks Theatre provides family-friendly productions year-round. Productions are held at their new, custom location just west of Hwy 249 (Tomball Parkway) on Grant Road.

Symphony North of Houston

Symphony North of Houston is a community based orchestra composed of a very special group of classical musicians, which include teachers, homemakers, engineers, lawyers, bankers, and many other professionals that enjoy playing classical music. In addition to performing six subscription concerts at Northwoods Presbyterian Church in Houston, Texas, Symphony North has consistently supported the young artists of Houston by sponsoring a yearly Young Artist Competition. Each year the winning performers have the opportunity to perform a concerto with Symphony North.

The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Art

The Pearl opened in 2008 and displays fine art from the Houston Museum of Fine Art collections. Meeting space and entertainment opportunities are also available thorugh the museum.
